PandaBox

Terms of use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply to the PandaBox app and this website, run by Vinisha Jain ("we", "us"). By using PandaBox you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you.

1. What PandaBox is

PandaBox helps Class 9 students study with lessons, notes, practice and an AI study helper, Gyan Panda. It supports your schoolwork; it doesn't replace your school, textbook or teacher. We work hard to keep lessons correct, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, please tell us.

2. Gyan Panda's answers

Gyan Panda is an AI. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, so check important things with your book or teacher. Use the "Report" button on any answer that looks wrong or unsuitable. There is a daily limit on how many doubts you can ask.

3. Your account

4. Subscriptions

Some content may need a subscription. Subscriptions are bought and managed through Google Play:

5. Fair use

Please don't:

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Our content

The PandaBox app, its design, the Gyan Panda character and our lessons belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own studies.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving PandaBox, so we may add, change or remove features and content. New subjects are added over time. We try to keep the app running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, PandaBox is provided "as is", and we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as exam results, that come from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
