Delete your PandaBox account
This page explains how to delete your account in the PandaBox app by Vinisha Jain, and which data is deleted.
Option 1: in the app
- Open PandaBox and go to Profile.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted, and you are signed out.
Option 2: without the app
- Send an email to jain.vinisha1@gmail.com from the Google email address you sign in to PandaBox with.
- Use the subject "Delete my PandaBox account". You don't need to write anything else.
- We reply to confirm and delete your account within 7 days.
Parents can also ask us to delete their child's account this way. Please write from the child's sign-in email, or tell us that email address.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address, profile picture link and Google account ID.
- Your progress backup: your choices in the app, finished chapters, bookmarks, quiz scores, study and focus time, streaks and badges.
- Your Ask Gyan Panda records: your daily doubt counts and any answers you reported.
Progress saved on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
What is kept
- Nothing that identifies you, once deletion is complete (within 30 days at most, including our providers' short-term backups).
- If you had a subscription, Google Play keeps its own payment records under its policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the Google Play app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Delete only some data
To delete just your progress or your reported answers but keep your account, email jain.vinisha1@gmail.com from your sign-in email and tell us what to delete.
